This dazzling, petite, dark-haired, actress was born in London, England in July 26, 1973 whose parents are both British actors. She started her career in acting shortly after her graduation in high school, making her known in the British public in the 1990's.
She did the early part of her career studying in Oxford University's New College, where she took a Major in French and Russian Literature and appearing at random instances on television. She had her major TV acting debut in the movie One Against the Wind in 1991. Her rising fame paved way to another big breakthrough when she cast in the supporting role in Much Ado About Nothing in 1993. This won her some degree of appreciation form the audience and served as her ticket to other films. She starred in major films such as Shooting Fish (1998), Serendipity (2001), Pearl Harbor (2001), Van Helsing (2004), The Aviator (2004), and Click (2006) to name a few. |
